Welcome to Ascension Small Groups!
Relationships are where our faith plays out and where we are challenged to grow. Weekly small groups exist to deepen relationships within the church community “’to stir one another to love and good works” (Heb. 10:24).
Ascension small groups follow the academic year with separate fall and spring sessions. The typical group has 10-15 people and meets for 1 to 2 hours (depends on the group and time of day). Groups include elements of liturgy, Biblical study, sharing and prayer. Most groups facilitate social events and/or service projects a few times each semester as supplements to regular study and prayer.
Small groups for the spring start in mid-January (see group description for details).

Women’s Triads This spring, women are invited to join a triad either in addition to or instead of joining a small group. Triads are a place for 3-4 women to meet regularly, read, pray, and grow spiritually while forming relationships as a community. Meeting times, places, frequency, and content will be determined by each triad individually. If you’re interested in joining a triad or if you have any questions, please contact Katie Sabatier.
If you have not already signed up for a group, please contact the small group directly, or reach out to Tim Haynes with any questions or for help in finding an appropriate group.
